When sending in a design, it should be sized to the required dimensions that it is being printed.

Before printing a order we provide a proof that includes a mockup of the final product, the colors used in the design(s), and also what the dimensions of the design are. Once this artwork is approved by the customer Uncommon Threads is not liable for any errors that are found and any costs associated with reprinting the order.

Uncommon Threads asks that you provide a minimum of 10 to 14 business days from the moment that the artwork is approved by the customer to have the order finished and ready to be picked up or shipped.

Design Placement Diagram.jpg

The maximum printing area on a shirt is 12.5" wide by 15" tall. The top of the design starts approximately 2.5" below the shirt's collar.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Uncommon Threads if they want the design to be placed differently than what is shown on the proof. The proof shows an approximate placement of the design, not an exact placement. Please allow a slight variance in design position due to human placement of the apparel.

Production Timeline

Production on your order will not begin until we have received a deposit of 50% of your order's total cost, approval of the artwork, and we have the required amount of garments in hand.
